Our client has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join their Construction & Engineering team.

THE TEAMThe Construction & Engineering team forms part of the wider Real Estate & Development group and works closely with colleagues across multiple offices.
The team advises on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters for a broad client base, including developers, funders, landlords, contractors, consultants and private investors. Their experience spans commercial and residential schemes, mixed-use and industrial projects, hotels and leisure developments, care and retirement living, public sector works, renewable energy projects and port-related developments.
They support clients throughout the lifecycle of a project from procurement and contract drafting through to completion and dispute avoidance, negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, third-party rights and related security documentation.
The team is supported by dedicated knowledge and paralegal resources and is recognised in leading legal directories for its expertise within the real estate sector.
THE ROLEThe firm is seeking a construction solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE. While experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters would be advantageous, applications are welcomed from candidates specialising primarily in either area.
