Senior Fee Earning Paralegal - Litigation (Landlord & Tenant) | Bristol

TSR Legal are proud to be working on behalf of a leading UK-wide legal practice in their search for an experienced Senior Fee Earning Paralegal to join their established Litigation team in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to a broad client base.

The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive litigation team with a particular focus on landlord & tenant disputes. You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior fee earners on more complex matters.

• Managing a varied caseload of landlord & tenant litigation matters from instruction to conclusion
• Handling possession proceedings, eviction claims and rent arrears recovery
• Drafting claims, defences, witness statements and legal correspondence
• Liaising directly with clients, managing agents and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
• Supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex litigation matters

• A minimum of 3 years' fee-earning experience within a litigation team
• Strong experience in landlord & tenant disputes
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting and organisational skills
• Experience using case management systems
• LPC, SQE or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential)
