Are you an experienced planning solicitor with 2 years PQE looking for your next career move?

My Top 100 client are seeking a talented and ambitious planning solicitor to join their esteemed planning team at where you can expect to work on complex and high-impact projects across various sectors.

• Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of planning law, including planning applications, appeals, and inquiries.
• Drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, and other planning-related documentation.
• Advising clients on the environmental, regulatory, and statutory aspects of planning and development.
• Representing clients in public inquiries and planning appeals.
• Collaborating closely with developers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in planning law and contributing to the firm's thought leadership.

• You should have a solid foundation in planning law at the 4+ PQE mark preferably with experience in residential development and energy-related cases at a similar-sized national or city firm. Our client work with several leading national energy developers and are looking for passionate lawyers who can play their part in combatting climate change and securing a clean energy future.
• Strong technical knowledge.
