Position: Paralegal (COLP)

ARAG is continuing to grow across its Legal teams and is offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join the COLP department. This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience and gain valuable exposure across both Law and LEI within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues, playing a key role in supporting the Law Risk and Compliance function and the wider firm. The position offers real variety, with responsibility for providing practical, technical guidance on matters such as regulatory compliance, data protection, professional negligence and complaints. You will support colleagues to comply with their regulatory responsibility, including supporting data subject rights requests, handling data breaches, completing monthly file audits and producing reports and management information.

This is a fast‑paced and engaging role that will suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will regularly liaise with colleagues at all levels across the ARAG Group making this a great opportunity to build confidence, visibility and professional credibility.

You maybe a law graduate (e.g. Legal Executive, LPC/BVC/LLB), but this is preferable, not compulsory. You will be keen to learn and develop within a supportive team. Paralegal experience would be beneficial, along with good organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively. You will have clear written and verbal communication skills, be willing to ask questions, and show an interest in identifying issues and supporting solutions while following established processes and regulatory requirements.

You will also be confident in working with colleagues at all levels within the ARAG Group.
