About the Role

A highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation in claimant clinical negligence work is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its specialist team. The firm is known for handling complex and high-value claims while maintaining a strong focus on client care and support.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters while being supported by experienced specialists within the department.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters
• Investigating claims involving medical treatment and patient care
• Liaising with medical experts and preparing evidence
• Advising clients throughout the litigation process
• Drafting legal documentation and progressing claims through the courts
• Maintaining strong client relationships during sensitive matters

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury
• Demonstrate strong litigation and case management skills
• Have excellent communication and client care skills
• Be able to manage a varied caseload independently
• Show a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
