Construction Disputes Senior Associate - Bristol

Chadwick Nott are working on an excellent opportunity for a Construction Disputes Senior Associate to join a Top 50 UK law firm with a highly regarded and rapidly growing Construction & Engineering Disputes team. This is a busy and well-established practice that is seeing sustained growth driven by strong client demand.

The role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex contentious construction and engineering matters within a team consistently recognised for the quality of its work and service. The team is based in Bristol, with close integration with London, operating as a genuinely collaborative, cross-office practice. You will have exposure to the full spectrum of construction disputes – including major projects, portfolio disputes and technically complex claims – both in the UK and internationally.

• Manage your own caseload, working directly with clients.
• Play an active role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Support client development and build relationships to develop your business development profile.

You will be a qualified solicitor, likely with around 4+ years of PQE, with a solid grounding in contentious construction matters. Experience may come from a mixed practice, and candidates with slightly more or less experience are encouraged to apply. You will be technically strong, commercially minded and proactive, with the confidence to take ownership of matters.
