About the Role
A well-regarded regional law firm with a strong presence in Bristol is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing property team. The firm is known for providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients including property developers, investors, landlords, and businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive property team that works on high-quality matters across the commercial property sector. The firm has built long-standing relationships with local businesses and national organisations, offering lawyers the opportunity to work on varied and interesting transactions.

The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Handling landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations
• Assisting with development projects and property finance matters
• Working closely with corporate and private client teams on property-related work
• Supporting business development initiatives and building client relationships

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with Commercial Property experience
• Have strong technical knowledge of property transactions
• Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Be capable of managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Have a proactive approach to developing your practice
