- Take instructions on Financial Remedy, Divorce and child matters
- Work on cases from start to finish
- Negotiate with the other side and draft financial consent orders for clients
- Draft position statements and witness statements for client’s child arrangement orders
- Assist clients in obtaining a divorce; commencing with drafting and filing their divorce petition to concluding their matter by obtaining their Decree Absolute
- Regularly communicate with clients on the progress of their cases and give necessary legal advice
