Family Law Solicitor Windsor - Hybrid working

Our client is a well-established law firm with over 100 years of history in Windsor. They are looking to hire a Family Law Solicitor to join the team due to continued growth. This role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy and being client-facing, as the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients who often drop into the office for in-person advice and meetings.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career long-term, with a clear path to Head of Department and eventually Partnership for the right individual.

• Handling a caseload of Family Law matters
• Being client-facing, including meeting clients who visit the office
• Working independently with limited day-to-day supervision
• Supported by shared paralegals and legal executives
• Taking a hands-on approach, including contributing to business development

• Minimum 2 years PQE in Family Law
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Comfortable with client interaction and business development
