Join a thriving Thames Valley Residential Property team in Reading as a senior lawyer and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service across high quality residential transactions.

• Handle a broad caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity.
• Mentor junior colleagues and shape the continued growth of a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Contribute to technical excellence, commercial awareness, and genuine client connection within a busy residential property practice.
• Support career progression within a national setup and engage with a diverse range of work from day one.
• Demonstrate drive and interest in business development as part of the team’s goals.
• Contribute to building a practice in an ambitious, people-focused environment where ideas are backed.
