Reference: Property Lawyer (NQ-3 PQE) - Bristol Salary: 45,000 - 65,000 (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus + Team BonusesA specialist residential conveyancing firm with a strong and growing regional footprint is seeking a junior lawyer to join its Bristol office. The firm is known for its modern approach, supportive culture and commitment to high quality client service. The Role You'll manage a varied and engaging caseload within a team that focuses exclusively on residential property work. With the support of experienced colleagues, you will handle:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
New build transactions
Shared ownership mattersA broad mix of residential conveyancing files, from first time buyer homes to high value properties and central London apartments
About You We're looking for:
A Solicitor (England & Wales) with 0-3 years' PQE, or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
Solid experience managing your own residential property filesA client focused approach with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using digital conveyancing tools and case management systemsA positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, team driven environment
