- Hybrid An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a skilled Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded, top-tier team in central Bristol.

This role offers exposure to complex, high-value claims within a supportive and well-resourced environment known for excellence and innovation.

The successful candidate will handle a challenging caseload of pre-action and litigated matters, working alongside recognised specialists while gaining exposure to serious and high-profile claims. They will play a key role in maintaining exceptional client care standards and contributing to the continued strength and reputation of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing complex clinical negligence cases from inception to resolution

Advising clients on funding options including CFAs and insurance

Drafting legal documents and instructing leading experts and counsel

Supporting business development and mentoring junior colleagues

This position is ideal for an experienced solicitor with strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and leadership potential.
