Chadwick Nott are instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior IP Lawyer to join a top 50 firm, working with high-profile national and international clients on complex, market-shaping projects.

The role

You'll be part of a busy, forward-looking team handling a wide range of non-contentious IP matters, including:

Advising on IP transactions (licensing, assignments, franchising)
Structuring ownership and protection of IP assets

Negotiating R&D and collaboration agreements across academia and industry

Conducting intellectual property audits and due diligence

Providing IP support for wider commercial and corporate deals

Candidate requirements

Strong experience in non-contentious/transactional Intellectual Property work Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales (SRA) or Scotland (Law Society of Scotland) with around 8 years' PQEA commercial mindset and enthusiasm for helping clients turn ideas into commercial success
