Chadwick Nott is pleased to be working with a leading international law firm to recruit an Associate for their Private Client team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex UK and international private wealth matters.

Key Responsibilities You will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of private client matters, including:

UK tax and estate planning, including lifetime trusts, family investment companies, and succession planning

Cross-border estate planning and offshore trust structuring for international clients

Trust and estate administration, including advice to UK and offshore trustees

Charity law and the establishment and management of charitable entities

Advising business owners and entrepreneurs on tax-efficient exits and wealth structuring

Collaborating with immigration, corporate, private equity, and property teams to deliver integrated advice

Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice

Candidate Profile Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with experience in private client work Strong technical knowledge of UK and international estate planning, personal tax, and trust law Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families

Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills

Interest in business development and client relationship management

Candidates with more or less experience, including paralegals with relevant expertise, will be considered
