This opportunity offers exposure to high-profile, complex transactions for an impressive client base, including investment funds, financial institutions, private businesses, and multinational organisations operating across a range of dynamic sectors.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and strategic advisory work. Many matters involve significant value, cross-border elements, and direct engagement with senior decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate investments
