A leading national firm is seeking a Construction Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its top tier Construction & Engineering team, advising on major development, infrastructure and built environment projects across the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high profile, complex matters within a collaborative, supportive and market leading team.

The Role You'll work on a wide range of transactional construction matters within the built environment sector, including:

Advising on major development, redevelopment and infrastructure projects

Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments, warranties and security documents

Working closely with real estate, planning, banking and corporate teams on large scale projects

Supporting developers, funders, investors and occupiers on complex construction arrangements

Advising on UK and international projects across commercial, residential and mixed use schemes

Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision

Supporting senior lawyers on high value and strategic matters

Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a solicitor with:4+ years' PQE in transactional construction

Strong experience advising on built environment and real estate related construction matters

Excellent drafting, negotiation and technical skills

The ability to manage a varied and complex workload

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach

Qualification as an SRA registered solicitor
