Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced Personal Injury Litigator looking to move into more complex Intermediate Track work while joining a large, well-established legal operation offering genuine flexibility and an excellent overall package? CRA Consulting are working with a major UK organisation looking to strengthen its Personal Injury Litigation team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RTA, Employers' Liability or Public Liability Litigator who is comfortable running their own caseload and wants exposure to a varied mix of Intermediate Track claims.

The Role You'll manage your own varied caseload of Personal Injury matters, with a particular focus on Intermediate Track claims across:
Employers' Liability Public Liability Road Traffic Accidents Pedestrian claims Cyclist claims More complex liability and quantum disputes You'll take responsibility for cases from investigation through to settlement or litigation, depending on the individual matter. Day-to-day, you'll be:
Investigating liability and quantum Reviewing medical and other supporting evidence Advising clients throughout the life of their claim Drafting and reviewing legal documentation Working within the Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules Negotiating settlements Progressing litigated matters Liaising with third parties, experts and legal representatives Maintaining strong standards around compliance, service and file management This isn't simply about pushing files through a process.

The business is looking for someone capable of investigating claims properly, making good commercial decisions and achieving the right outcome for the client. What we're looking for You don't necessarily need to come from one particular type of firm or have one particular job title. You could currently be working as a:
Personal Injury Solicitor Litigation Executive Legal Executive / CILEX Personal Injury Fee Earner Legal Claims Handler RTA Litigator EL / PL Litigator What's more important is your experience. Ideally, you'll have:
Strong experience handling Personal Injury claims Exposure to Intermediate Track or more complex litigation Experience across RTA, EL and/or PL claims Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules Understanding of relevant Pre-Action Protocols Strong liability and quantum investigation skills Confidence negotiating settlements Experience managing your own caseload Good client communication skills The ability to work independently while being part of a wider litigation team Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers and experienced non-qualified litigators with the right technical background.
