This varied role offers responsibility across a broad spectrum of risk and regulatory matters, including anti money laundering requirements and Solicitors Regulation Authority compliance. Working closely with senior leadership, they will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the firm while supporting strategic growth and innovation.
- Lead and develop firmwide risk and compliance frameworks and policies.
- Oversee AML processes including due diligence monitoring and training initiatives.
- Advise on SRA obligations regulatory changes and internal compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to promote a strong culture of risk awareness.
