Contextual OverviewBydand Recruitment Group is hiring a Personal Injury & Regulatory Solicitor for a top-tier team located in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The role focuses on handling high-value defendant EL/PL claims with additional exposure to regulatory law, product liability, and inquest work within a nationally respected firm.
Key Eligibility Criteria- Qualified Solicitor with defendant personal injury (PI) experience.
- Strong Employers' Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) litigation skills and case-handling ability.
- Demonstrated interest or background in regulatory law, product liability, or inquest work.
- Collaborative, ambitious, and eager to grow within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Manage a comprehensive caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, spanning fast-track, multi-track, and catastrophic injury matters.
- Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategies.
- Support senior lawyers on Health and Safety Executive (HSE) investigations, product law, and inquests.
- Contribute proactively to client care and overall case strategy across personal injury and regulatory practice areas.
Compensation: Up to £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)
