Supply Chain Analyst - 12 Month FTC

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst role enables the creation and maintenance of a central repository for supply chain risk and resilience intelligence across the Leidos Supply Ltd (LSL) commodity supplier base. You will need to be familiar with SAGE and possess commercial knowledge, enabling effective manual collation of appropriate data while working with internal and external parties to build the data and support the demonstration of the supply chain mapping.

Responsibilities
  • Review all LSL Contracts, ECC Documents and Supply Chain Plans to collate supply chain details
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders and suppliers to gain required information to populate the database
  • Continue to build the data against agreed Projects (e.g., Op Golden Orb)
  • Conduct due diligence with suppliers against supplier data to verify information
  • Present the central repository to stakeholders when necessary, including external SMEs
  • Maintain data and update as necessary to ensure accuracy of records
  • Operate across LCST CSS to ensure awareness of activity and commitment to support
  • Be the change agent to drive the initiative forward
  • Support supplier events to enable external awareness and support from suppliers
  • Provide innovation during the creation and development of the central repository to enable agility and effectiveness
Skills Required
  • GCSE/A Level Standard or equivalent
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
Skills Desired
  • Proven experience supporting LCST business & LSL Systems
  • Experience of using SAGE
Clearance Requirements
  • BPSS pre‑screening required to start

The Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain. The programme provides essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD’s materiel, including a global freight service and the procurement and inventory management of 70,000 commodity NATO Stock Numbers (NSNs). Working together as Team Leidos we are helping to transform the UK's defence supply chain by providing an integration of a complex mixture of services, at low risk, using a modern suite of systems that will deliver one version of the truth.

Pay Range

£28,800.00-£33,900.00
