We are seeking a Customs Brokerage Agent to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation based in Severn Beach. The Role As a Customs Brokerage Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of freight and customs information. You will be responsible for supporting customs clearance processes while providing outstanding service to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Process customs documentation accurately and efficiently Manage customs clearance activities for import, export, and transit shipments Receive and review shipping and customs documents Ensure timely and accurate data entry into operational systems Prepare and process customer invoices Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and customs requirements Monitor and resolve any customs or documentation issues promptly Maintain compliance with company procedures and government regulations Support the team in achieving operational KPIs and service standards What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Good organisational and time management abilities Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Fluent written and spoken English Previous logistics, freight forwarding, customs, or administration experience would be advantageous, but not essential A proactive and collaborative approach to work What You'll Receive Competitive salary of £25,000 Full training and ongoing development opportunities Career progression within a growing logistics environment Supportive team culture Modern office environment in Severn Beach
