Control Tower Assistant Bristol Main  Purpose of the roleDSV are recruiting for a Control Tower Assistant in Bristol. This role will ensure smooth operations by handling day-to-day irregularities, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations. What will you be doing?

Responsible for tasks with medium-high complexity Handle day to day irregularities, escalating when appropriate. To provide an exceptional customer service, liaising with customers & suppliers

Provide support for their team, completing additional tasks when required.

Follow site SOPs and IOPsCompliance with security, safety, company and environmental regulations.

Ensure compliance with agreed SLAsManage end to end supply chain networks

Ensure proactive monitoring, track and trace and escalation of supply chain risks are communicated and mitigated.

Maintain accurate and timely operational data, systems and transport records ensuring cross system data integrity.

To understand and provide accurate data for KPI monitoring, operational reporting and performance reviews.

Logical thinking ability

Excellent command of the English language
