The RoleYou'll help run the day-to-day parts operation, from handling enquiries and identifying the correct replacement components to processing orders and maintaining stock.
Customers often need quick, accurate assistance to get broken-down equipment back into service. This is a varied position combining counter service, administration and hands-on warehouse duties within a small team.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to parts enquiries from customers and service personnel by phone, email and at the counter.

- Support the general organisation, safety and smooth operation of the depot.
We're looking for an experienced parts professional with strong customer service skills, sound organisation and a willingness to get involved wherever needed. You don't need to have worked with this manufacturer or construction plant before; people from other parts-focused sectors are encouraged to apply.
Suitable backgrounds could include:- Automotive dealerships and motor factors.
- HGV, commercial vehicle or agricultural machinery parts.
- Plant, forklift or other industrial equipment parts operations.
You'll be organised, calm under pressure and comfortable using digital stock, ordering and customer systems.
The role is hands-on, so being willing to help with deliveries and warehouse tasks is important. Forklift training can be provided; a driving licence is not essential.
What's on Offer- 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday; standard hours 8:00am–5:30pm.
- Company pension, private healthcare and leisure membership contributions (subject to scheme eligibility).
