At Plus Dane Housing, we’re not just maintaining properties—we’re creating safe, welcoming spaces for our communities. As a skilled Joiner, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs and improvements across our homes in Cheshire.

• Complete responsive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
• Record work accurately using mobile technology.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Plus Dane professionally.

• NVQ Level 3 joinery or Level 2 with relevant experience.
• Experience in responsive and void maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and IT skills.

This role requires travel between properties using a company vehicle, so a valid driving licence is essential.

We will need to see proof of your qualifications—such as original certificates—during our onboarding process before we can finalise your appointment.

This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week across various locations in Cheshire.

You will be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays. This includes a 3-day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.
