Whatyou’ll do
- Complete responsive and planned maintenance tasks.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
- Record work accurately using mobile technology.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Plus Dane professionally.
- NVQ Level 3 joinery or Level 2 with relevant experience.
- Experience in responsive and void maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and IT skills.
This role requires travel between properties using a company vehicle, so a valid driving licence is essential.
We will need to see proof of your qualifications—such as original certificates—during our onboarding process before we can finalise your appointment.
What you’ll get in returnThis is a permanent role working 35 hours per week across various locations in Cheshire.
You will be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays. This includes a 3-day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.
