Welfare Cleaner required for a construction project.

• Site cabins/Offices and reception areas
• Canteen/kitchen facilities
• Toilets
• Corridors
• Communal areas
• Empty bins, remove rubbish and recycling
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces
• Clean, sanitize and stock restrooms/kitchen area
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
• Keep all communal site toilets and washing facilities clean
• Maintain general cleanliness of the drying room

• Experience working on a construction site in a similar cleaning role
• Good understanding of cleaning products and equipment such as mops, brushes, vacuum cleaners
• Ability to lift and move equipment, dispose of larger waste items
• Flexibility to work before site opens, during site hours, or after site closes depending on access to communal areas

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

• CSCS Card (required)

• Must be hard working and driven
• Valid /Passport
• Full PPE (Hard hat, hi‑vis and safety boots)
• CSCS Card

• Weekly payroll
• Dedicated staff support
