Mount Charles Group is one of the largest privately owned soft facilities management, catering and ancillary service/product providers in Ireland.
We are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based in Hyster, Craigavon. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 7am – 2pm
- 20 days’ annual leave (pro rata)

- Contract Auditing – (Carry out Quality Audits as per schedule and per company policy)
- Client Contact – (Meet with Clients as per schedule)
- Assisting with Payroll when needed
- Check Staff Uniforms
- Assisting the operations manager with Induction Training – (All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per induction training list)
- Ensuring all members of staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities including checking each of their areas on an adhoc basis
- Ensuring all areas are fully stocked such as toilet roll dispensers, soap dispensers etc.
- Keeping own store area clean, tidy, colour coded and up to spec.
- Fully flexible approach needed
- Holiday Cover – (Assist the area supervisor with approving or not approving as per staff engagement APP, cover sickness)
- Stock Ordering
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
- Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
- Full compliance with COSHH and colour coding.
- Ensure all clothing, including footwear and personal hygiene is of the highest standards in accordance with company guidelines at all times.
- Daily Staff Management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous work experience in customer service employment
- Current BICS Qualifications
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
