• The Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per year (basic salary tailored to your current experience and technical skillset).

Working as a core member of our Bristol technical team, you will:

• MOT Testing: Carry out official MOT tests in strict accordance with current DVSA guidelines (if licensed).
• Service & Repair: Perform routine vehicle servicing, safety maintenance, brake overhauls, and general mechanical repairs

• Fault Diagnosis: Use our dedicated specialist diagnostic systems to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
• Quality Workmanship: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining clean, precise, and safe "first-time fix" results.
• Workshop Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment alongside your team.

  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Car Mechanic or Vehicle Technician
  . Previous experience working on major vehicle brands is an advantage.
• The Credentials: A valid MOT Testing Licence is preferred, but we will fund the course for an experienced technician.
• The Basics: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential. You must be fully authorized to work in the UK and have your own tools.
• The Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a busy team.
