Brackenberry is seeking a Ground Maintenance Operative to undertake cleaning, minor repairs and estate maintenance, ensuring properties are safe, clean and well-presented. This is a physically active role requiring good customer service and the ability to work independently. You will sweep communal areas, maintain refuse areas, operate cleaning equipment, perform minor repairs, report defects, and submit detailed reports.
DBS required and right to work in the U.K. is essential.
