Location: Covering multiple sites across Bristol

Salary: £30,000 + Company Van

Shifts: 08:00-12:00 & 17:00-20:00

Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Senior Cleaner ready to take the next step in your career?

We're recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across Bristol. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards while leading and supporting a team of cleaners across your allocated sites.

This is more than just a supervisory role – the company is looking for someone with ambition and potential, offering a clear development pathway into an Account Manager position.

• Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites in Bristol
• Carrying out cleaning duties to ensure exceptional standards are maintained
• Conducting site visits, inspections and quality audits
• Managing staff performance and providing on‑site support and training
• Building positive relationships with clients and responding to any site requirements
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times

• Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands‑on approach with a willingness to lead by example
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple sites effectively
• Ambitious and eager to progress into a management role

• £30,000 annual salary
