Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our client’s franchise-approved dealership in Bristol. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Repair and service vehicles accurately and efficiently, adhering to brand standards and within designated time frames
• Diagnose non-routine defects or additional faults during workshop inspections or road tests
• Maintain and develop technical skills through regular training
• Use workshop facilities and processes to optimise productivity
• Complete all tasks to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work safely and in compliance with industry, manufacturer, and retailer guidelines
• Strive to meet and exceed process efficiency standards
• Collaborate as part of a friendly team focused on delivering excellent service

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• Minimum City & Guilds/IMI NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Genuine commitment to producing high-quality work in a busy environment
• A team player with motivation to achieve targets and develop professionally
• Experience across PDI, diagnostics, MOT, or general servicing is desirable but not essential; our client is flexible on experience levels
