The courthouse is looking for an experienced cleaner to join the works department. You will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the courthouse, including staff offices, canteen area, meeting rooms, and courtrooms. Cleaning duties include vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, clearing rubbish, etc.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, [time removed]am. There may be an opportunity to pick up overtime, but this is not guaranteed.
What you’ll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ cleaning experience and will have knowledge of chemical colour coding as well as operating a buffering machine. A Basic DBS is required for the role, and 2 satisfactory work references. All suitable candidates will be interviewed. You must hold a valid passport or birth certificate and a driving licence with your current address.
