Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description
Pay rate : £15.00 per hour.
Working times :
Monday to Friday,  Various Hours  (20 hours per week).
Location :
In and around Bristol/Somerset, vehicle provided.
Requirements :
Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
Manual UK Driving License required.

The Role

Job Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Conducting comprehensive site inspections and rigorous quality checks to uphold our standards.
Providing practical, hands-on cleaning support and cover as operational needs dictate.
Proactively managing cleaning stock, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency.
Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, COSHH regulations, and Kindred's operational guidelines.
Cultivating strong, positive relationships with site contacts and colleagues.

Minimum requirements:

Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
Holder of a valid UK driving license.
Can reliably commute throughout working area.
Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.
