This permanent full-time role covers on-site building maintenance, with a 7am–4pm shift and a 5 on/2 off pattern, plus a 1 in 4 callout rota with fuel paid when on call. You will handle planned and reactive M&E tasks and keep compliant records.
The ideal candidate will have facilities maintenance experience, hold 17th or 18th edition, and show strong communication and safety awareness. Excellent progression and benefits await.
