With a strong reputation across cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and managed IT services, this organisation is experiencing sustained national growth and is now looking to appoint an accomplished Sales Manager to drive the next stage of expansion.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the commercial strategy and accelerating revenue growth. You will lead new business initiatives, build and nurture senior-level client relationships, and manage a high-performing sales team—motivating them to consistently exceed ambitious targets.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and wants to make a tangible impact within a rapidly scaling business.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience within IT services, MSP, or technology-led sales
A proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
Strong leadership skills with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Willingness to travel nationally as required
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full end-to-end sales cycle, managing complex and high-value opportunities
Drive new business acquisition while expanding and retaining existing accounts
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and industry stakeholders
Coach, mentor, and motivate the Account Management team to achieve outstanding results
