Employment Tax Senior Manager

The Opportunity:

The Employer Solutions / Employment Tax team is expanding as part of a wider national growth strategy, with particular focus on strengthening its regional presence in Yorkshire. This role will support Partners at a regional level, helping to grow the Employment Tax offering by advising existing clients and identifying new opportunities within the market. The position combines technical delivery with commercial input and client-facing responsibility.

Deliver advisory and consultancy work across a broad range of employment tax matters

Advice on areas including:

• Salary exchange arrangements
• Employment status & IR35
• Benefits and expenses
• Reward and incentive planning
• CIS
• Business owner remuneration planning
• Support Partners with business development and regional growth initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and deliver tax planning projects to a high standard

• Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within Employment Tax
• Strong experience across the majority of Employment Tax areas
• CTA qualified or studying (support available if required)
• Solid grounding in Employment Taxes, PAYE, NIC, and Personal Tax
• Comfortable in a client-facing, advisory-led role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and commercially aware
