Customer Business Leader

The Customer Business Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 2 Account Managers. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer relationships, and achieve business objectives. The Team Leader will work with the direct team ensuring connection to the various other stakeholders involved in the partnership

• Develop and implement our commercial strategy to achieve business targets and objectives
• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the commercial sector.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
