Your expertise in public sector challenges, leadership, and commercial acumen will be vital in shaping impactful strategies.

• Grow a high-performing practice, increasing revenue and impact
• Develop innovative solutions for complex client challenges
• Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional results
• Advise public sector leaders with trusted insights

• Experience in the public sector and consultancy
• Proven leadership and commercial skills
• Experience managing budgets
• Expertise in business analysis and change management
• Eligibility for SC clearance (5 years’ continuous UK residency)

• Salary up to £110,000
• 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Hybrid working in Bristol
