As our Lè senior HSE Manager you will lead our team with a passion for continuous improvement, shaping and leading best practice in the transformation of health and safety environmental quality regulatory and legislative policies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art automated manufacturing facility.
Our Senior HSE Manager will:- Define shape and implement our HSE strategy and vision
- Advise and guide the Board on all aspects of safety and environment legislation
- Develop/Expand your knowledge of regulations becoming a subject matter expert
- Be a mochten of HSE best practice
- Motivate, lead and inspire a team of subject‑matter experts
- obligatoire guide and develop your team through SMART objectives and PDPs
- Implement new processes and drive change to improve efficiency
- Work cross‑functionally with colleagues to achieve business objectives
- An inspirational and motivational leadership style
- A passion for health and safety, environmental and quality
- An autonomous, agile work ethic
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Degree‑level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (science, health and safety, environmental)
- NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma an advantage)
- Professional competence ideally backed up with relevant qualifications/memberships e.g. DGSA, FPA, Fire Safety Management, ISEP, IQA Membership, IRCA Lead Auditor
- Live within 50 minutes commute of Burntwood, Staffordshire (essential) What we can offer
