Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care for older adults and people living with dementia? We are seeking a confident, hands‑on interim leader to support a well‑established residential care home in the South West.

This interim position is ideal for someone who can quickly build trust, stabilise operations, and provide strong leadership to a dedicated care team. You'll ensure the home continues to meet high standards of safety, compliance, and person‑centred care while supporting ongoing improvements.

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and oversight of the residential and dementia care service
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks
• Support, mentor, and develop staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery
• Drive improvements in care planning, documentation, and safeguarding practices
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Ensure smooth operational management, including staffing, audits, and reporting

• Registered Manager experience within elderly or dementia care
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance
• Confident, calm, and able to lead teams through change
• Immediately available or able to start at short notice
