Ratings Director, Up to £85,000 (DOE) + Clear Bonus Scheme
TPL Talent Solutions is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify a Ratings Director. This strategic hire will add to the successful team.
Responsibilities will include:- Growing existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest).
- Leading and reviewing own cases across an array of instructions.
- Hold a full driving license.
- Have the ability to work with autonomy.
- Be comfortable with Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation
- Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS
