Regional Operations Manager

Location: Norwich, East AngliaSalary: Up to£70,000 base + 30% bonus OTE + Car Allowance £8100 annually + Benefits + Relocation Package

Are you ready to lead a high-performing regional operation delivering £20M+ of installations annually? This is a senior leadership role with real impact—overseeing all aspects of our operations function, from customer bookings to completed installations, ensuring every Anglian customer enjoys a seamless, right-first-time experience.

About the Role

As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll manage the full pipeline of work across our product range, ensuring surveying and installation capacity are optimised and every job meets the Anglian standard. You’ll lead large teams of employed staff and self-employed trades across multiple locations, working closely with other departments and key stakeholders to drive revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, appraise, motivate, and retain employees in line with budget.
  • Maintain a network of trained subcontractors to meet revenue targets.
  • Oversee depot P&L and ensure adherence to pricing policies.
  • Drive KPIs and implement solutions to meet targets.
  • Ensure all installations meet product specifications, health & safety standards, and customer expectations.
  • Act as the direct point of contact for CEO-level complaints and lead resolution.
  • Champion exceptional customer communication and service throughout the region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing large-scale, customer-facing operations with P&L responsibility for £10M+ turnover.
  • Proven ability to deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret P&L reports.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fenestration knowledge (desirable).
