Location:

South West, based from Bristol. The role is to assist the team to acquire land in line with the region's five-year business plan.

• Support the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region.
• Proactively source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of growth plans.
• Identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business.
• Support writing and coordinating bid responses and assist with negotiations of legal agreements on projects with clients.
• Assist with delivery of community engagement and investment projects and develop relationships with partner organisations to create new development opportunities.

• Background in Land and/or Partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Effective communication at all levels and collaborative mindset.
• Initiative, financial and commercial acumen, and customer/team focus.
• Aligned with Keepmoat values and a passionate interest in Land and Partnerships.
