Strategic Residential & Employment Development
Future Gen Recruitment is representing a thriving consultancy entering its next phase of growth. They are now seeking an MRTPI Associate Planner to help lead strategic residential and employment‑led schemes across the South West.
This role combines high‑level technical planning with leadership and business development responsibilities.
The Role- Leading major residential and mixed‑use projects
- Overseeing site promotions through the Local Plan process
- Managing key client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior planners
- Preparing fee proposals and contributing to pitches
- Representing clients at appeals and examinations
You will be seen as a senior figure within the team and a key contributor to future growth.
About You- Proven consultancy or developer background
- Experience managing teams and client accounts
- Commercially driven and growth‑focused
A clear pathway to Director‑level is available for the right individual.
