Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our forward-thinking Trauma and Orthopaedics Group Clinical Service. If successful you will be joining the team at a time of significant change as we embed the Group Clinical Service model. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high quality care and shape improvements that will make a substantial difference to our population.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage Trauma and Orthopaedic services in North Bristol Trust.
  • Collaborate with clinical leads and matrons to deliver divisional and specialty-specific objectives
  • Drive service integration and transformation, especially around the Group Clinical Service model
  • Ensure compassionate, patient-centred care that reflects the diversity of our population
  • Manage performance, budgets, and workforce planning
  • Lead service improvement and modernisation initiatives
