Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a highly respected, independent property consultancy to appoint a Partner-level Commercial Agency professional
. This is a rare opportunity to lead and grow banken key service line within a regionally influential firm.
- Leadership & Autonomy - Take charge of the Agency function with full support from the leadership team.
- Client Access - Work with an impressive network of institutional and regional clients with long-standing relationships.
- - Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's expansion plans across the South West.
- Diverse Mandates - Grow a strong pipeline of office, industrial deals—both disposals and acquisitions.
In this leadership role, you'll head up the Business Space Agency team—advising landlords, developers, and investors on high-value transactions throughout Bristol and the wider South West.
You'll drive business development, originate deals, and provide strategic market advice while managing key client relationships. You'll also collaborate with other service lines including valuation, development, and property management to deliver an integrated service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead disposals and acquisitions across office and industrial sectors.
- Manage instructions for institutional and private clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic market insight to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to cross-sell and drive revenue growth.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider business leadership.
- MRICS qualified with at least 10 years' PQE in office, industrial agency.
- Strong market presence or client following—or the ambition and credibility to build one.
- Proven track record in deal origination, execution, and client relationship management.
- Commercially astute, strategic, and collaborative leader.
- Highly motivated to grow a business unit and deliver client value.
- Salary: Up to £75,000 + bonus.
