Head of Lease Advisory

A leading international property consultancy is seeking to appoint a Head of Lease Advisory to lead and grow its Bristol based Lease Advisory offering across the South West.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established Director or existing Head of Lease Advisory to shape and scale a high performing regional team within a well capitalised, growth focused platform. The role combines revenue generation, client leadership, team development and market profile building.

The successful individual will:

• Lead the Bristol Lease Advisory function, setting strategy and driving sustainable revenue growth
• Act as lead advisor on complex rent reviews, lease renewals and strategic asset initiatives
• Develop and deepen relationships with institutional and private clients
• Work closely with Agency, Investment, Valuation and Building Consultancy teams to drive cross selling
• Play a key role in regional business planning and wider UK Lease Advisory strategy
• Recruit, mentor and develop junior and mid level surveyors

This role offers genuine autonomy, strong internal backing and the opportunity to build a market leading regional Lease Advisory platform.

• Define and deliver the regional Lease Advisory growth plan
• Lead team performance, pipeline management and financial forecasting
• Identify new opportunities across Office, Industrial and Retail sectors

• Deliver high value rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring advice
• Advise institutional landlords, property companies, developers and corporate occupiers
• Secure new instructions through proactive business development and client engagement

• Build a strong presence across the Bristol and South West property markets
• Develop relationships with solicitors, asset managers and investment professionals
• Represent the business at industry events and client forums

• Strong background in Lease Advisory within a recognised consultancy environment
• Established track record of winning and delivering instructions
• Deep understanding of the Bristol and wider South West market
• Proven leadership capability or clear readiness to step into a senior leadership role
• Commercially focused, collaborative and entrepreneurial
