JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager, Business Continuity Risk
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Bristol office.
As a Business Continuity Risk and Control Assistant Manager, you'll play an integral role helping to safeguard the Finance business, shaping our approach and processes which ensure that we have an effective Business Continuity Framework in place.
About this opportunityWe're looking for a dynamic, motivated and confident individual to join the Business Resilience and Security Office. You'll be focused on facing the evolving regulatory and industry expectations relating to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity, leading the relationships with senior business partners across Lloyds Banking Group, and leading on change initiatives. In addition, you'll have a critical role to play in influencing development of processes, risks and controls design and management.
You'll support resilience and incident management activity and will help develop our capability in this space.

What you'll need:- Robust understanding of Risk Management Frameworks and practitioner experience including identifying, assessing and managing risks
- A positive and motivated outlook, with a determination to deliver objectives
- Operational Resilience and/or Business Continuity experience
- Risk management qualifications
- Experience of Operational Resilience frameworks, including regulatory environment and developments
