Mechanical Supervisor - Service Manager – Warrington

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday

Are you a Mechanical Supervisor with experience leading a team in a workshop environment? Do you have strong knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps and other drive chain components? This is an opportunity to advance to the Service Manager role for a highly respected engineering company.

You will lead a team of 11 to ensure the highest levels of productivity, standards, processes, and training, and you will serve as the key technical point of contact for customers and suppliers. You will manage two sites with regular travel, typically 2 to 3 nights away per week. A work van will be provided for site-to-site travel.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in stripping, inspecting, and recovering drive chain components. They will be hands-on and able to lead from the front when required.

The hours are Monday to Friday, day shift, with a very achievable 10% bonus, overtime and additional allowances to maximise earnings. This is a strong move for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking to progress to the next level.
