Position
An existing client to Sphere are looking to appoint an M&E Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.
CompanyYour new company are a leading Chartered Building Consultancy, who specialise in Construction and Project Management.
Project DetailsThe role in question will be based on site in Bristol and aimed at the delivery of a distressed project, which my client are tasked with completing. The project consists of 152 Apartments, 3 Commercial Units, 4 Roof Terraces, and a basement Car Park of 66 spaces.
ResponsibilitiesMy client are looking for a candidate that can oversee and drive a £6M M&E Package. Duties will include:
- Taking the lead with Utilities
- Coordination of Connections
- Coordination of Testing / Commissioning
