Lidl GB is looking for an Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in Bristol, England. This role offers a competitive salary between £66,000 and £94,000 per annum, with opportunities for ongoing training and a range of employee benefits including 35 days’ holiday (pro rata) and a 10% in-store discount.
You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and mentoring Store Managers while empowering your teams to meet KPIs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and a full UK driving license.
